Emergency Appointments
We have a number of emergency appointments available each day to ensure that patients who need to be seen will be seen.

Home Visits
GP Home Visits will only be made to house bound patients, our practice policy is not to visit young mobile people as this is not practical or sustainable for practice resources. If you require a house visit, please phone the surgery before 11am

Results
You can telephone the surgery between 3-4pm to get your test results

Lunchtime Closure
Please note we are closed at lunchtime from 1pm – 2pm and operate an emergency service only during this time.

District Nurses

Health Visitors

Fire Alarm Test
The fire alarm is tested every Tuesday morning between 7.45am and 8.15am

Out Of Hours
Every night (from 5.30pm until 8am), at the weekends & on public holidays NHS 24 On-Call service is available to patients needing medical advice, their phone number is 111

Prescriptions
Repeat Prescriptions can be ordered on-line by clicking here repeat prescriptions (please note this is not a secure site) or on the repeat prescription button on the additional services page. Or by calling the Surgery phone number 01294 463 011 and selecting option 4 then leaving your Name, Date of Birth, Telephone Number, and the Name-Dosage-Amount of Medication that you require – PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE ANY MESSAGES OTHER THAN PRESCRIPTION REQUESTS AS THESE WILL NOT BE DEALT WITH.
